Order Processing

All our products are on-demand, meaning, they are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. Rates are determined by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product type or fulfillment location.
